					<description>This is very true.  I can relate this to my golf game as well as my career.  With golf I set a goal to break 90.  When I did I wasn't satisfied now my goal is to break 85.  Same with my career, setting a goal to earn a new position, but once achieved I'm not satisfied.  I'm setting the next goal and looking for the opportunity.</description>
