Business to Business or People to People?

Quick thought:

Why are we obsessed with the concept of the “Business to Business” segment?

Don’t people still need to interact with people?

Isn’t B2B really just P2P?

In fact, all business is ultimately P2P.  Why do we need to over-complicate it?
